A. Rashes on your 2-month, 7-day-old baby’s forehead could be due to heat, dry skin, allergies, or infant acne. If the rash is mild, not spreading, and not causing discomfort, gently clean the area with lukewarm water, avoid harsh soaps, and keep the skin moisturized. However, if the rash spreads, becomes redder, or is accompanied by fever or itching, it’s best to consult a pediatrician to rule out infections or eczema. Avoid using any creams or powders without medical advice.
