A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene, make your baby wear comfortable clothing as per the season. Try giving indirect steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort. Warm up coconut oil with crushed camphor. Apply this mixture to the baby’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice a day. Give warm water and warm freshly prepared homemade foods like vegetable soups or khichadi.
