Q.

hi Dr, my baby 2yrs old she is saying all the letters in alphabets and numbers and by seeing pictures she telling some words , colors also but not talking to us and not understanding what we are telling ... a day two hours she is seeing baby tv.. how to stop this .. how we can make her to understand what we are talking.. please advise...

A. hi dear Your child may have a language delay if they don't meet the language developmental milestones for their age. Their language abilities may be developing at a slower rate than most children's. They may have trouble expressing themselves or understanding others.
