hi dr.mri beti ke platelets decrease ho gye the after treatment uska fever thik ho gaya hai bt after 3 days use thodi cough and fever ho rha hai..come again and again after 4-5 hours.kya yeh normal hai?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to gyive paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink anzd at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.

please keep her well hydrated
give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply puriffied water having tds higher than 350 and never use demineralized water for drinking
please give her easy to digest food as per her demand
give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
