A. hi it is good infact that a child is not taking bottle feeds. no need of it. mam , please provide breasfeeding only Milk secretion mostly work on demand and supply so provide breasfeeding more and more you may take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
