you can birth the child until the child is able to roll over by himself properly.
it is quite common for a child to pass little motion while passing the gas and nothing to worry regarding that. you can give cerelac to the child only after completion of 6 month, n it's better to avoid cerelac and start only with the home prepared food after 6th month
