Give 3 to 5 meals a day from recipes like dal rice sabji, khichadi ghee, vegetable Paratha curd, upma, sheera, idli, ragi porridge, oats porridge, idli sambar, chilla, Vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, boiled egg, chicken soup, paneer paratha curd, milkshakes, besan ladoo, Chikki, date ladoo, thalipeeth

as a child is 11 months old,offer food items like green leafy vegetables, fruits ,nuts , pulses, dairy products etc.
prepare sabjii ,chilla, porridge,mix veg khichdi,paratha ,curd rice,soup etc for your child.
