A. it can be because of sore nipple sometimes can be because a block duct please put hot fomentation take Dolo 650 relief of pain continue to feed the baby . .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your breast with coconut oil twice a day and leo give hot water compress massage on your breast too and if still remain then evaluate once with doctor. take care
