Hi Dr: I'm a mom of 3nd half month baby boy...I'm giving breast milk..so if I'm eat casew nuts and dates?? it's good for baby?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Yes you can have almond and dates and everything just avoid having Avoid cashew nuts for the time being because they can cause stomach cake also and they cause gas issues also so for the time being I am going to advise you not to have
