Hi dr I’m 7 month pregnant why my stomach becomes sometimes tight and heavy movements in night times only is there any serious reason pls tell dr

A. mostly at this stage it may be related to false contractions . so once just consult with your doctor for scan . secondly it may be related to gases in stomach and indigestion
