Hi Dr, I got my first period after 10 months but the follow is not much not too low. please advice

Not a problem when you resume with your period some women have proper flow as it was previously but for initial 6 months and can face a little upside down kind of a situation which is normal if you’re having a proper period for three or four days whatever your cycle was but the bleeding is less it’s okay not a problem if you face any discomfort then you may check with your doctor on that
