hi Dr I am worried about my child's immunity she is born on 35week premature &she is exclusively formula feed baby now she is , 3months old her weight is 5kg how can I improve her immunity because she is not feed brest milk her immunity depends on her feed or not my concern is right or baseless please reply me about formula feeded child have less immunity than BM child I feel so guilty because I am not able to feed her brest milk

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom.please do not take the stress , its fine you are any how giving the next option to breast milk that is formula milk. so dr would bascially prescribe them multivitamin and vitamin D drops till age of 1 .
