Hi Dr. Good morning. My baby and me both are suffering in cold and cough. From 5 days onwards. I am using only nasal saline drops for my baby and sinarest tables for me. what other things I can do please suggest.

you can take cup of warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt twice a day
please you take steam twice a day with steamer
please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug mustard oil
please give daily sun light exposure
