Hi Dr. can you please suggest that for how long we should breast feed ?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Till 2 years it is fine to feed the baby, but after that it is recommended to wean off as breastmilk alone does not give all the essential nutrients which are required for the healthy growth and development of the baby. Cow or Buffalo mk must be added after that including variety of foods made from it like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, custard, curd, buttermilk, paneer, kheer, etc.
