Hi Dr Can we clean baby’s nose if there is dirt, especially after traveling outside? If yes, can you let know how to clean? Thank you

A. Clean baby eyes, ears and noses with warm water and cotton wool or a soft washcloth. Wipe baby eyes from the inside corners to the outside corners. Clean the outside of baby noses and ears, not the inside.
