Q.

hi dr, after 6 month of delivery my thyroid reports are positive,my t3 nd t4 level is within normal range but tsh is 7.2 little bit higher than normal range. i'm worried. what to do?nd is this permanently gone?

A. You need to consult with an MD physician to know about proper usage of medicine to Be adjusted and have regular check up of thyroid level every 3 months. Follow a healthy lifestyle and also meditation whenever possible which helps control the thyroid.

Sometimes thyroid can stay I would advise you that you should check for these yoga exercises online you can check for these three yoga postures they’re very good for thyroid along with the definitely would recommend you to massage your throat with walnut oil at least two times in the Day special in the night before you go to sleep further more if you do regular practice of exercising you can deal with this problem s
