Q.

hi doctr....my baby is 1.5 yrs old and she is suffering from constant constipation... .. i give her below everyday ; - 200ml water - enfamil 3 - 600ml and one dalia meal with vegtable and one cerelac meal -ghee -2 teaspoon her doctor advice to give looz daily but i m.not comfotable with streching ig more than one month.. its already one month. Please advice.

A. hi parent ur kid 1.5 yr old and suffering constipation, u have given lactulose and u have noticed constipation, majority are due to functional constipation in children , which primary mangement is dietary modification, avoid foods stuffs like chocolate, icecream chips etc which delay gut motility, give fibre rich seasonal fruits and vegetables like carrot, etc

A. 30ml* warm bufallo milk with onw spoon.of asli ghee ...?

A. Thanks for your response doctor. We dont give her any fastfoods like chocolates, chips ,icecreams... she doesnt even know taste of these. Can i try ghutti becoz i m put of ideas now .. though its outdated but v havent given her anything like that yet. or if v can try 30 warm bufallo milk with asli ghee ??? Your response will.be highly appreciated.
