A. teething is not directly related to digestion problem or any type of fever or loose motion or illness but during the teething process children place dirty things or dirty fingers in the oral cavity (this help in self soothing) which can lead to digestion problem or vomiting or loose motion or infection which can cause fever.
placing dirty fingers or dirty objects in the oral cavity continues for 2 years of age and in this phase only the child falls ill during the teething phase
remember the fact that teething continues for 10 years but the child doesn't fall ill for 10 years
your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is sfor fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
please dod body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.
