Hello father, first of all try ti find if there is any medical issue like any kind of stomach pain or indigestion or constipation anything and if nothing like this persisit than try to give more liquid to the child for proper hydration you can give coconut water, buttermilk, lemon water, fresh fruit juice,soup it act as appetizer as well as keeps body cool in these summer. In food try to give fingerfoods like wraps or rolls or cutlet or sandwich, dal rice anything which child enjoys to eat and handy.Make meal more nutritious and wholesome so that even if child eats in small quantity but still able to get proper nutrition.
