hi doctors my baby is 14 months old and she love to eat sweets and my parents giving all d time. sweets is ok to baby ?

Seats are very unheard to be given to the child and they are very bad for the immune system of your child parents don’t realise these days that giving too much of junk food and excessive sweet can lead to problems in future and also it can lead to obesity in an early age can harm the immune system so it should not be given to the child giving moderate sweets is completely fine but too much is not good
