Hi doctors and moms My boy baby have 3 days old he passes his stool tightly like a small stones size , From today onwards I started eat rice and bread , so is it effects him or what?

Sometimes these things can happen due to lack of water in the body so try to include water still even after that if the consistency is the same you kindly check with your paediatrician because the food that you’re giving definitely definitely has got no connection with this kind of poop
