hi doctor yesterday night onwards my baby suffering vomiting and motions why before afternoon he is fine evening onwards suddenly doing vomiting why what's the reason pls tell me

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bvhacterial infection which needs antibiotics trdeatment
