Hi doctor , when my baby was born we consulted a doctor therefore he recommanded d3 and zovit now he said multivitamin and multmineral with dha is enough no need d3 is it ok

Vitamin D3 supplement is to be given only till 1 year of age after delivery to the baby and now since the baby is 1 year old you should considered to give more of homemade healthy food and try to avoid giving any multivitamin supplements to the baby
