Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Are you suffering with constipation !!! Due to constipation the pressure of hard stool might rupture rectum and cause bleeding... In first trimester constipation, frequent urination, nausea are few symptoms so don't worry have fibre rich foods, fluids ,more water for increasing bowel movements to avoid constipation. Fruits and vegetables (papaya ,pear, Apple, pomegranate, orange, carrot, tomato, soaked dry dates, figs, almonds,ragi,jowar, sabudana)...
