Give a healthy well balanced diet to the child
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet and avoid juices and serve whole fruits instead
Avoid excess intake biscuits, Maggie, bread, fried food, junk foods , sugar in the diet
U can make them YouTube videos for dance or aerobic if they don’t have place to go…
