Hi doctor this is mother of Jashvik varma I would like to know which milk mix is good for the kids like pediasure, horlicks,boost.

A. hi Such supplements are not required they are high in sugar and may have added flavour, do not inculcate healthy eating habits a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition you can increase nutrition of milk by adding nuts powder like almond cashew nut pistachio, or dry fruit like dates and figs
