hi ... doctor prescribed me lactare granules to have it in milk she precribed to have 2 tyms a day but some sometimes i will have it 3 tyms per day is it okay to have like that?

Hello ma’am I am sure it is been given you to increase your lactation so it would be best that you go according to the doctors prescription don’t have it three times in a day if it is recommended to go for two times only go for two times only because over having of anything is definitely not healthy so have a twice a day and see if it helps you
