The food that you give to the child in an every day basis is the most healthy food for Riddhi and you should avoid giving fried food junk food to the child rest you should give every thing that we made at home you can start giving porridge khichadi all kind of fruits and vegetables healthy vegetarian proteins and dairy products specially Paneer and cheese
