Hi doctor, please see attached image my baby Got some infection on feet. What is this and what is solution on this?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is newborn and he is having an infection on his leg then clean it with hydrogen peroxide and apply ointment T bact twice a day so
