Hi doctor overeating honey causes early periods. I'm getting early periods 5days before every month. past two months it's happening plz ๐tell me what can do honey I'm taking 4spoons daily....

Nope It could possibly be that your period cycle has changed so that is why you are getting periods five days only but if it is some question of concern for you or do you think itโs discomforting for you then you should consult your gynaecologist for a check up once
