hi doctor now I'm in seventh month now feeling uneasy and also vomiting sensation can u say any tips to follow

A. Then try to maintain hydration by having good amount of liquid make sure that you’re not dehydrated and try to have more of fluids into your diet and easily digest food yet if you phase similar problem then you need to get a check up with your gynaecologist
