hi doctor need immediate answer please my baby has developed thi red bumbs on face and hands , what could be the reason and treatment for same ?

Maam sometimes it could be due to some allergy which is spreading if it is spreading on the body then maybe some allergy infection for that purpose you can consult the paediatrician in person right now I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion hopefully that should help
