Hi Doctor, ne of my twin kid is always facing skin itching issue. Any diet changes to be incorporated to sort this skin issue

A. hi yes ,it could be food reaction so please keep an eye on your child diet avoid giving processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits for now. keep your child well hydrated skip suspected cosmetics prefer Cotton clothes for your child. give bath with warm water and neem leaves.
