Hi Doctor, My toddler is 2.5 yrs old and still speaks only words not sentences and communicates all the things in his language.kindly let us know should we get him evaluated for speech.

A. Hi mom. Every baby is different in achieving milestones. If ur baby is making eye contact and understand what you are saying, follow ur instructions, speak few words then no need to worry. Making sentences will be there as the baby grows up
