Hi doctor my son yusuf sometimes does very unnecessary laugh is this normal? N dt is a lil continues laugh he is 2.5years old now

Look if your child is understanding everything responding following your command otherwise all the growth is very normal for the child then it is normal for kids to behave like this sometimes then in that case it’s not a problem so you can consider it as normal thing
