hi doctor ,my son turn 2 year on Feb 20 but he talk 25 -30 words only ,he active and listen everything and doing whatever I said. he said only his own language. if we need to worry about it or is it normal .

A. bye to your face the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in a sentence and should be able to understand all the commands but if you feel that something is different get the milestones assessment done by the pediatrician
