Q.

hi doctor, my son seems having painat the throat when swallowing, I consulted the doctor and throat does not have any infection, just tonsil (white kind of ball) and seems that will be alright. but I can see he is still touching his throat when swallowing something or drinking water etcc.. can you sugges if this ok or do we need to take some medicine.. thank you

A. Hello... Continue prescribed medication... Salt water gargling is one of the best and first to do during tonsillitis. Gargling and rinsing with warm salt water can help sooth his sore throat and pain caused by tonsillitis. You can give warm soups, warm tea with raw honey.
