Make sure you are giving him paneer, ragi, palak, banana, curd, moong sprouts, different dals and tubers like sweet potato. Give him nutrient dense foods like - sweet potato tikki, aloo Paratha, paneer pulao, cheese frankie, fruit lassi, ragi nuts ladoo, sprout bhel etc.
