hi doctor,my son is having a cold, runny nose, and coughing irritating a lot please suggest good syrup

Hello parents,good evening Recurrent cough and cold episodes are mostly viral in origin which may subsides by 3-9 days.keep your baby well hydrated.give nasal decongestant drops as well as steam inhaltion to baby.give cough syrup as per baby cough condition(dry/wet).visit your pediatrician once.

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 11 m old boy7 months agoA. but doctor since 4months he is having again again cold and cough ? also we admit him to school.. before he is not cough and cold... he also irritating lot, crying lot even small silly things, last time doctor gave monticope suspension, shall I give now or not? pls suggest
