hi doctor, my son is getting 7 years old now. but his height is not according to his age., he is shorter than other age mates. I gv him milk 3 times a day, fruit, etc. all . But I don't get any result.

A. dear mom. height is all genetical. you can help him by offring protien rich food, along with strechning exercise, cycling, swimming, skipping, jumping, types of exercise on daily basuis. ok
