Q.

Hi doctor my son is 6 months old. Last month I had milk lumps on my breast due to over flow of milk. I did some home remedies and it got cure. But after that I had white dot on my breast which looks like white head and it pains a lot. From past one week I’m applying nipcare but I’m not getting much relief as I’m feeding my son regularly...plz suggest what should I do

A. How to treat lumps at home apply a warm, wet compress to the affected breast.take warm baths or hot showers several times a day, if possible.gently massage the breast to help release the clog before and between feedings.apply ice packs to the affected area after breastfeeding.
