A. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain. it can also occur due to nutritional deficiendcy mainly vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obviouds that during the night time there might be limb pain. if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

A. Then I think your child could possibly be going through growth pain which is completely normal and with a child this year. But still if you feel that your child is having some problem and you want to consultant orthopaedic tell you can go ahead with that. It’s always better to be sure about anything.
