Hi Doctor.. My son is 4 months old. He is having white patches around his mouth area from last 3 weeks. According to our doctor it's fungal infection. We are applying Terbinaf RCE for last 1 week. But the patches does not reduce. Plz suggest something.

A. It is going to take some time fungal infection can easily take about a week to 10 days to subside and keep applying the cream if you do not say good results in a week today it is also then consult your doctor again and tell them to change the medicine is this one is not helping
