hi doctor, My son is 22 months old but still he is not speaking, he says only "bye", apart from.speaking he does all the things what we do but he will not repeat the words what we say, is there anything to concern?? Thanks, Prathima.

mam,kids at the age between 18 to 30 months who can understand what you say but have limited expressive vocabulary are considered as late talkers.
but it is normal
as such no need to worry
just encourage your child by communicating with your child more
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child which can help you a lot .
