Hi doctor my son is 13 months old...he is suffering from cold since 8 days..we consulted doctor..they have given solvincold- Af and noblock saline..but there is no improvement on his watering nose..continues runny nose...pls suggest some antibiotics medication

also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosagec is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
