Hi doctor my son is 1 yr 10 months old and he is not gaining weight and he is releasing gas with bad smell frequently .there is anything to worry on this and his weight is 9 kgs

weight is really good
no need to worry
but as a child is having gas problem ,I advise to give food as per your child needs
do not force feed or overfeed your child.
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy or bakery food items.
keep your child well hydrated
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
