hi doctor, my son is 1 month old, and he release gas more often sine he was born. he release gas with sound also, is it fine for 1 month old baby...

A. okay no problem in one month baby small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
