Q.
Hi doctor my son is 1 month old and he is passing loose stools,motions from beginning and 6-7times a day in tiny quantity and getting some gastric sound from his stomach given ENTROMAX for 3 days but still no use pls help me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmenjit along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high ygrade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
