hi doctor my son has got some skin alergy some red red pimples on his feets and palms as well ....from yest ...pls suggest some medicine to it...it started from yesterday doctor... doctors are available post 10 here pls suggest .thanks

See without knowing the exact reason behind this kind of a problem we cannot suggest you with the treatment or medication you’ll have to get examined with your doctor in order to know better and according to that only they’ll be able to give you appropriate advice on that
