hi doctor, my son had a stamoach ache, yesterday he vomits 3 to 4types and today morning he had once loose motion, so weak from yesterday is that food poision? what shall I give him? pls suggest

A. Assessment we cannot confirm whether is food poisoning or anything else you should consult the doctor without having a proper knowledge about the reason behind it medicines randomly cannot be suggested but yes right now you should definitely give ORS water and Entrogermina
